  @VZWSupport Because my service is lagging & my hotspot doesn’t always work. I’m sick of calling customer service and them saying it’s my phone when it’s not. I’ve had two phones same problem. If I’m paying for beyondunlimited I should get beyondunlimited not crappy service that goes in&out.
